2026 City of Norfolk Resident Survey
We are requesting your participation in the 2026 Norfolk Resident Survey. Your feedback is essential as it helps us understand how satisfied you are with City services and ensures our priorities reflect the community’s needs. Results from past surveys have guided budget decisions for the last three years and will help shape the FY 2027 Proposed Budget.
The City of Norfolk is again partnering with ETC Institute to conduct this survey of Norfolk’s residents.
